    Groton City

    Amy Jordan, 26, of 47 Paul Revere Road was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Leidi Serrano, 29, of 133 Poquonnock Road was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Santiago Toledo, 25, of 55 Crouch St., Apt. 46, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Groton Town

    Tyler B. Sweeney, 23, of the Naval Submarine Base, was charged Friday with evading responsibility.

    Jason R. Kowalski, 42, of 219 Candlewood Road, was charged Saturday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Marcella F. McWeeney, 26, of 50D Virginia Ave. was charged Saturday with breach of peace and criminal violation of a restraining order.

    New London

    Stephanie Nieves, 24, of 133 Third Ave. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.

    Elizabeth Soto, 46, of 6 Cliff St. was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics.

    Raymond Pike, 42, of 28 Park Drive, Baltic, was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer.

    Stonington

    Amalia L. Blumberg, 45, of Sergio Franchi Drive was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Ralph Zahn, 44, of 19 Moore Ave., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Delbert Street, 52, of no known address, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jacqueline Connors, 42, of 983 Route 85, was charged Friday with misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving without a license, disobeying the signal of an officer and failing to have lights illuminated.

    Luis Melendez-Vazquez, 23, of 84 Maple Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with carrying a weapon without a permit, having weapons in a vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Nicholas Kasprzak, 26, of 44 Mayfield Terrace, East Lyme, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Jose Rivera-Santiago, 20, of 84 Maple Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with carrying a weapon without a permit, having weapons in a vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm or an electronic defense weapon and driving without minimum insurance.

    Sarah Gallagher, 46, of 2 Deer Run, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, evading responsibility, failure to drive a reasonable distance apart and driving without minimum insurance.
