    Free Wilson, 20, of 10 Jessica Lane, Ledyard, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Norwich

    Duchene A. Martin, 56, of 16 South D St. was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Linda Partosan, 58, of 12 Fairground Circle was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Justin M. Crawford, 48, of 10 Tower Hill Road was charged Thursday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Patric X Baker, 31, of 1053 Poquonnock Road, Apt. 10, Groton, was charged Friday with interfering with police, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Waterford

    Dontae Johnson, 22, of 1591 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Friday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with an improper license or registration, speeding and failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage.

    Lorna Sargent, 63, of 25 Upper Bartlett Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration and failure to display license plates.

    Victor Ocasio-Algarin, 19, of 12 James Ave., Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    James Charest, 63, of East Hartford was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive at a reasonable distance and failure to maintain minimum insurance coverage.

    State police - Montville

    Paul Mitchell, 51, of 25 Ledge Road, New London, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with violation of a protective order.

    Mario Junior Alexis, 31, of 82 Jerome Road, Montville, was charged July 6 in Montville with interfering with a police officer, assault on a public safety officer, second-degree breach of peace, violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.
