    Joshua Gomer, 22, of 128 Poquonnock Road, Groton, was charged Monday with violation of a protection order.

    Jeff Samms, 63, of 138 Huntington St. was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Robert Young, 48, of 91 Leffingwell Road, K4, Uncasville, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Gervase Jennings, 54, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Martin Hall, 62, of East Haddam, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Faride M. Proano, 24, of New Britain, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Norwich

    Jeanna L. Kiernan, 59, of 36 Fountain St. was charged July 23 with evading responsibility.

    Jose W. Zaporta, 33, of 5 Old Canterbury Turnpike was charged July 24 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Cesar Augusto R. Rosales Velasco, 40, of 101 Cliff St., #2 was charged Saturday with possession of an open container of alcohol in public and interfering with a police officer.

    Justin Hazard, 38, of Westerly, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Ivelisse Pena, 36, of 179 Lincoln Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration and failure to display or return plates.

    Sean Brennan, 47, of Webster, Mass., was charged Sunday with second-degree forgery and third-degree identity theft.

    Jade Bland-Allen, 29, of 277 Boston Post Road was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving without minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
