Ashley M. Bickel, 29, of 74 Thames St., Apt. 2R, Groton, was charged Tuesday with interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault with a dangerous instrument, first-degree trespass and breach of peace.

Norwich

Jeremiah N. Henry, 37, of 136B Broad St. was charged Tuesday with three counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count each of breach of peace and third-degree assault.
