Matthew Gibson, 42, of 268 Flanders Road, Mystic, was charged July 31 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

John E. Martin, 44, of 254 Ocean Ave., No. 5, New London, was charged Saturday in Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Ryan N. Marsh, 46, of 246 Rockville Road, Voluntown, was charged July 20 in Voluntown with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, improper turn/stop signal, and third-degree larceny.
