    East Lyme

    Matthew J. Bartlett, 40, of 11 Whiting Farm Lane, Niantic, was charged Wednesday with possession of a controlled substance and failure to keep narcotics in original container.

    Kelly M. Dunnack, 32, of 182 F St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespass.

    Nicholas Sacco, 31, of 182 F St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

    Taylor Fraley, 22, of 11 Oriole St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and second-degree assault.

    David A. Tolbert, 58, of 43R Long Pond Road, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license and unsafe movement of a motor vehicle.

    Cass R. Wolfenbarger, 34, of 22 Irving St., Mystic, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Della Mae Champagne, 35, of 268 Flanders Road, Apt. 7, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Nathaniel E. Gadaree, 36, 15 Paint Mill Drive, Ledyard, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation.

    Edward L. Davenport, 62, of 15 Archer St., New London, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a restraining order.

    Daniel L. Riccio, 42, of 239 Nautilus Drive, Unit 138, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

    Milton Ramos, 48, of 50 School St., Taftville, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Donnavin L. Barker, 46, of 5 Baltic Road, Norwich, was charged Aug. 20 with breach of peace and violation of a protective order.

    Andrew Manning, 27, of Bristol was charged Friday with second-degree threatening.

    Waterford

    Russell Haigh, 64, of 492A Boston Post Road was charged Friday with failure to register as a sexual offender.
