    Groton City

    Christian E. Guifarro, 19, of 315 Montauk Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, misuse of markers, and possession of alcohol by a minor.

    Robert Coates, 35, of 127 Branford Ave. was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with an emergency call.

    Joseph Mingoia, 75, of 64 Godfrey St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Tonya L. Willoughby, 49, of 404 Bridge St., No. 300, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with a police officer and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Alexander Self, 34, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Joshua C. Manko, 35, of 141 Poquonnock Road was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Brian J. Donovan, 36, of 49 Georgia St. was charged Oct. 13 with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Jose Morales, 41, of 65 Black Ash Road, Oakdale, was charged Oct. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit and devices illuminated.

    Jai A. Cohen, 26, of 39 Rogers St., New London, was charged Oct. 10 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

    Ashlee R. Rich, 36, of 39 Rogers St., New London, was charged Oct. 10 with driving with a suspended license, failure to have head lamps lit and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Juanito Rodriguez, 74, of 593 Mohegan Avenue Parkway, Quaker Hill, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and following too closely.

    Damarys Molina Nieves, 29, of 73 Hawthorne Drive was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Maaseiyah Williams, 49, of 23 Chappell St. was charged Monday with criminal impersonation.

    Albomonte Wilson, of 44 Robinson St. was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Salahadin R. Surur-Hill, 22, of 310 Mitchell St., #1, Groton, was charged Oct. 14 with breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Eric J. Jones, 31, of 265 North Wawecus Hill Road, #222, was charged Oct. 15 with traveling unreasonably fast and driving with a suspended license.

    Charles L. Houchins, Jr., 56, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics.

    Erin A. Cook, 36, of 52 Ross Road, Preston, was charged Tuesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count of failure to respond to an infraction.

    Marcos R. Cardoso, 43, of 82 Salem Turnpike, Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving without a license.

    Eric L. Vik, 37, of 157 Mathewson St., Griswold, was charged Tuesday in Griswold with violation of probation.

    Jason M. Bryant, 46, of 179 Flanders Road was charged Saturday with interfering with a police officer and second-degree breach of peace,

    MacKenzie R. Segreto, 25, of 130 Asher Avenue, Pawcatuck, was charged Oct. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Douglas J. Markie, 49, in the custody of the Osborn Correctional Institution, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Helen M. Tobin, 48, of 1298 Pequot Trail, Old Mystic, was charged Monday with second-degree reckless endangerment, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

    Benjamin M. Meadows, 27, of 1855 Center Groton Road, Ledyard, was charged Monday with two counts of violation of probation.
