    Morgan A. Steele, 42, of 99 Gold Star Highway, Apt. 102, Groton, was charged Monday with assault on public safety personnel, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility, failure to drive in the proper lane and unsafe backing.

    Christy Lovett, 40, of 7 Riverview Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and assault on public safety personnel.

    Paulina Rodriguez, 24, of 108 Hawthorne Drive was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended registration.

    Bruce Howe, 38, of no certain address, was charged Monday with interfering with police, possession of stolen goods and three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Noel Rivera, 39, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with third-degree trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Eric Riley, 30, of 48 Noble Hill Road, Apt. A, was charged Monday with interfering with police, misuse of plates, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Christopher D. Kulesza, 37, of 37 Long Society Road, Preston, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment.

    Destiny R. Bellamy, 20, of 190 Broad St., No. 5, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Amanda L. Eller, 27, of 371 Laurel Hill Ave., #1, was charged Oct. 20 with fourth-degree larceny.

    Steven Santos, 39, of 16 Garfield Ave. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and having a minor on a motorcycle without headgear.

    Nicholas R. Fontaine, 35, of 113 Otrobando Ave. was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor and interfering with an emergency call.

    Nicholas Lafferty, 32, of Columbia, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
