Cara A. Wardley, 44, of 111 Shore Road, Waterford, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Marcus F. Orsini, 19, of 25 Pheasant Hill Road, Salem, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs by a person under 21 with a blood/alcohol content of .02% or greater, failure to drive in the proper lane and possession of less than 5 ounces of cannabis products.

David Haag, 66, of West Hartford, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Derron L. Doucette, 47, of Hampstead, N.H., was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.

William R. Fink, 21, of 8 Broadview Ave., Montville, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, failure to have minimum insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Milton Rivera, 70, of 202 Colman St. Apt. 1011, was charged Saturday with misuse of plates, driving without insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

Sonya D. Davis, 52, of Norwich was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Samuel Castillo, 23, of Hartford, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order, standing violation of a criminal protective order and disorderly conduct.
