Sean J. Ryan, 63, of 40 Lambert Drive, Norwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to display lights.

Roland Hardrick, 51, of 325 Huntington St., was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic signal.

Kenneth O. Munoz, 23, of 172 Norwich Ave., was charged Sunday with breach of peace, two counts of third-degree assault and interfering with an officer.

Eric D. Schott, 41, of 67 Seventh St., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree strangulation.
