Glenn D. Callahan, 61, of 58 Washington St., Stonington, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Albert L. Mcleod, 25, of 600 Meridian St. Ext., No. 1511, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane, making an improper turn or stop, second-degree beach of peace, and third-degree assault.

Natalie Marquez, 37, of 103 Cherry Circle was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and third-degree assault.

Kamala O. Spencer, 26, of Willimantic, was charged Friday with illegally taking a payment card, payment card fraud, and receipt from illegal use of credit card.

David I. Nemeroff, 65, of 20 Wolf Neck Road, Stonington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Pedro Rivera, 67, of New York, N.Y., was charged Friday with criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, and third-degree threatening.
