    East Lyme

    Victor J. Hall, 29, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Sunday with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    James O’Leary, 37, of 11 King Arthur Dr., Apt. 2F, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    New London

    Franklin Davis, 35, of 44 Prest St. was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Michael Gregor, 41, of 147 State St., Apt. 1, was charged Monday with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.

    Norwich

    Justino Serrano, Jr., 52, of 44 Norwich Ave., #2, was charged Jan. 22 with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Nicholas V. DePina, 43, of 117 Talman St. was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and illegal use of a credit card.

    Timothy E. Fowler, 57, of 23 Waldo Road was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Stonington

    Mary A. Castaldo, 40, of 52 Williams Avenue, Apt. 2, Mystic, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Sean Slattery, 57, of 5 Thompson St., apt. 19, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Randall A. Booth, 40, of 74 Palmer St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Tony E. Flynn, 41, of College Park, Ga., was charged Monday with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit organized retail theft of less than $10,000.

    Michael Constantine, 36,of 82 Ashaway Road, Westerly, was charged Monday with breach of peace, carrying a dangerous weapon and criminal possession of a firearm or defense weapon.
