Tiffany Despirt, 31, of 62 Scott St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Stonington

Sean Slattery, 57, of 5 Thompson St., unit 19, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with violation of a protective order.

Jose T. Vincente, 54, of 40 West Vine St., Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

William Norris, 59, of 41 Olive St., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
