Lamar D. Fluker, 44, of 112 Brandegee Ave., Groton, was charged Thursday with unauthorized conveyance of items into a correctional institution and possession of a controlled substance.

Lucas I. Davis, 19, of Chester, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and driving with a suspended registration.

Scott J. Franklin, 36, of no certain address, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree burglary and first-degree larceny.

Edwin S. Cortez-Lobos, 20, of 40 Garfield Ave., No. 2, was charged Saturday with failure to drive right, driving while intoxicated and driving without a license.

Sean C. Walsh, 25, of 52 Merchants Ave., was charged Saturday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of violation of probation.

Aaron J. Thomas, 21, of 112 Palmer St., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
