Vincente Rodriguez, 22, of 353 Washington St. Ext., was charged Friday with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

James C. Murphy, 47, of 14 Hillcrest Ave., Ledyard, was charged Saturday with violation of probation, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of ammunition.

Osvaldo Vellon, 43, of Bloomfield, was charged Friday with failure to display reflectorized safety number plates, driving with a refused, suspended or revoked license, misuse of plates and failure to have minimum insurance coverage.

Jose Torre-Devalle, 43, of Hartford, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court, failure to have minimum insurance coverage, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license, failure to have tail lamps, and improper license or registration.

Connor Stevenson, 27, of 126 Pegasus Drive, Groton, was charged Saturday with improper registration or license and driving an unregistered vehicle.
