Ledyard

Olivia J. McMahon, 19, of Hamden, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs by a person under 21 and speeding.

Chester S. Chang, 42, of Ansonia, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper turn signal.

Waterford

Justin Webb, 26, of 4 Starlight Lane, North Stonington, was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Timothy Fernando, 45, of 29 Old Hopkinton Road, Westerly, R.I., was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, insufficient insurance coverage, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, operation of a motor vehicle without a license, and misuse of registration plates.
