Dallas L. Czyzewski, 36, of Norwich, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Juan Morales-Rodiguez, 48, of 495 Laurel Hill Road, Norwich, was charged Saturday with driving with a refused/suspended/revoked license, driving an unregistered vehicle and misuse of plates.

Stephanie Rodriguez-Quinones, 23, of Manchester, was charged Saturday with driving with a refused/suspended/revoked license, failure to have minimum insurance, and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates.
