Luis L. Sisalima-Sagbay, 44, of 8 Devonshire Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Yanelis L. Velez, 21, of 46 Twin Lakes Drive, Waterford, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

State Police ― Montville

Christian J. Demorro, 30, of 12 Dudley Towne Road, Killingworth, was charged Saturday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear.

Jose A. Shugart, 22, of 31 Kenwood Road, Griswold, was charged Sunday in Griswold with violation of a protective order.
