Timon K. Regets, 22, of Baltic was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Joel Lydick, 31, of 120 Cliff St. was charged July 22 with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Valerie Rivera-Baez, 25, of 2502 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

John Flannery, 32, of Griswold was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

David Scott, 46, of 28 7th Ave., was charged Friday with criminal violation of a restraining order and criminal violation of a protective order.
