Scott Spicer, 28, of 27 Spicer Ave. was charged Monday with third-degree criminal mischief and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Washington Calle-Castro, 36, of 54 Liberty St., No. 3, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain the proper lane, and evading responsibility.

Bridget Donahue, 21, of 117 Brookside Lane, No. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Lermaine C. Green, 18, of 54 Mountain Ave. was charged Monday with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and possession of a dangerous weapon.

Terrance Moore, 26, of East Haddam, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Matthew Candler, 20, of 70 Union St. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Redman V. Ruiz, 29, of 72 N. Main St., #1, was charged Wednesday with two counts of violation of a criminal protective order and one count each of third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

Waterford

Jaryn Burgis, 27, of 108 Michael Road, New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to carry insurance, failure to display a license plate and driving with a suspended license.

Dennis Howton, 64, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a protective order.
