    New London

    Wayne Parker, 72, of 6 Wallace St., Waterford, was charged Thursday with breach of peace, first-degree threatening and two counts of reckless endangerment.

    State Police ― Montville

    Keith M. Armstrong, 34, of Hartford, was charged Thursday in Montville with third-degree assault of an elderly, blind, disabled or pregnant person or a person with an intellectual disability.

    Kirk R. Frew, 55, of 1596 Hartford New London Turnpike, Montville, was charged Wednesday in Montville with first-degree escape.

    Tonya A. Brewer, 32, of 25 Broadway Drive, No. 607, Norwich, was charged Wednesday in Preston with second-degree threatening, second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree larceny, first-degree reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, first-degree burglary and three counts of risk of injury to a child.

    Jessica L. Jarrett, 30, of Brooklyn, was charged Tuesday in Lisbon with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Eric E. Bariteau, 48, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Tuesday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Christopher J. Chaney, 30, of Hartford, was charged Tuesday in Montville with possession of a weapon in a correctional institution and failure to comply with fingerprints requirement.

    Amanda J. Williams, 38, of Bozrah, was charged Monday in East Lyme with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Jessica R. Houle, 37, of Baltic, was charged Monday in Montville with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    John J. Sexton, 59, of 173 Route 12, Groton, was charged Monday in New London, with possession of a controlled substance.

    Michael S. Smith, 52, of 25 Gardner Lake Heights, Salem, was charged Sept. 17 in Montville with driving with a suspended license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and operating motor vehicle without license.

    Gina M. Mariano, 29, of East Haven, was charged Sept. 15 in East Lyme with failure to comply with fingerprint requirements, assault of a public safety/emergency medical/healthcare/transit personnel, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.
