Carlos G. Delvalle, 29, of 33 Tilley St., New London, was charged Sept. 18 with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Juan M. Hernandez, 48, of 23 Pleasant Road, New London, was charged Sept. 18 with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in motor vehicle, fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

Angel L. Lorenzo-Perez, 44, of 73 Cedar St., Apt. A6, Norwich, was charged Sept. 18 with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.
