Michael A. Prim, 40, of Thompson was charged Tuesday with three counts of criminal violation of a protective order, two counts each of first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree threatening and first-degree harassment, and one count of criminal violation of a restraining order.

Eliezer D. Franco-Villarimi, 41, of 18 Cliff St., #2, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, disobeying an officer’s signal, driving with a suspended license or registration, failure to carry minimum insurance and failure to drive right.

Heather M. Parcak, 49, of 46 Melrose Park Road was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, simple trespass and interfering with police.

Isiah N. Sawyer, 25, of 19 Railroad Ave. was charged Oct. 23 with two counts of breach of peace and one count each of third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and risk of injury to a minor.
