Edwin Baez, 32, of 232 Frankin St., was charged Oct. 28 with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief and beach of peace.

Jovan Oaks, of 49 14th St., was charged Friday with unauthorized possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, criminal violation of a protective order and criminal possession of a pistol or revolver.

David Whipple, 38, of 20 15th St., was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Robert Doyle, 39, of 230 Prospect St., Moosup, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with second-degree robbery, disorderly conduct and fourth-degree larceny.

Kevin Bader, 28, of 117 Fair Acre Circle, Stonington, was charged Friday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear.

Waterford

Ashana Napier, 33, of 40 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast for conditions.
