State police - Montville

Joshua M. Sutter, 46, of 484 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Ledyard, was charged Sunday in Preston with disobeying the signal of an officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Kaley A. Bourgault, 37, of 8 Laurel Drive, Canterbury, was charged Sunday in Norwich with possession of a controlled substance, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to have headlamps lit.

Michael J. Fitzpatrick, 53, of 12 Rosedale St., Killingly, was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

Ryan F. King, 47, of 16 Silas Deane Road, Ledyard, was charged Friday in Preston with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Waterford

Melissa Bollenbach, 26, of 130 Christy Hill Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with first-degree failure to appear in court, three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, possession of narcotics, interfering with an officer, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive in the proper lane on the highway and use of drug paraphernalia.

Carlos Ortiz-Lopez, 32, of 214 Flanders Road, Niantic, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license, speeding and two counts of second-degree assault.

Joshua Vazquez Merced, 29, of 28 W High St., New London, was charged Monday with speeding, driving with a suspended license and possession of narcotics.
