Groton Town

Shaylla Neto, 27, of Saint Paul Court, was charged Nov. 14 with driving without minimum insurance, driving with a suspended license, driving with suspended registration and traffic control violation.

Norwich

Laurisa Coutu, 41, of 448 Boswell Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Nov. 7 with third-degree larceny.

Ebony Cornish, 32, of 611 Norwich Ave., Apt. 219, Taftville, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

State police ― Montville

Corney Brown, 45, of 52 Henry St., Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to comply with passing right rules and failure to drive in proper lane.
