Arianna M. Moore, 25, of 111 Laurel Hill Road, No. 2, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lirouy Torres, 23, of 75 Branford Ave. was charged Wednesday with second-degree strangulation, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, and third-degree criminal mischief.
