Joshua Orbach, 34, of 64 Scotch Cap Road, Apt. #U1447, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Joseph Glaude, 35, of 322 Old Canterbury Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with evading responsibility and unsafe backing.

Waterford

Eugene Bryant, 62, of West Haven, was charged Wednesday with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to meet minimum insurance requirements, driving with a suspended license and driving with improper markers.
