Andrew Lowell, 33, of Chepachet, R.I., was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny, driving without a license and improper marker.

Joel Barker, 29, of 14 Lucier Heights, was charged Jan. 15 with driving with a suspended license and failure to meet minimum insurance requirements.

Jucenta Walker, 42, of 1 Sullivan Drive, was charged Jan. 13 with breach of peace.

Marcus Anton, 39, of 184 Pendleton Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged in New London Friday with extradition arrest without a warrant.

Ajaniq Molina, 21, of Thompson, was charged in Griswold Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.
