Anthony Arroyo, 25, of 40 E Baltic St., Apt. K, Norwich, was charged Monday with failure to use a turn signal, driving with a suspended license, speeding, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, failure to drive in the right-hand lane, failure to drive in the proper lane, possession of burglar tools, second-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.

Jonathan Dellerba, 44, of Las Vegas, Nev., was charged Monday with failure to renew registration, driving with improper markers, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

Jeannette Suriel, 40, of Providence, R.I., was charged Monday in North Stonington with failure to comply with fingerprinting, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Anne Phillips, 59, of Coventry, R.I., was charged Saturday in New London with disobeying the signal of an officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

David Olsen, 53, of Brooklyn, was charged Friday in North Stonington with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, criminal attempt to commit assault on public safety personnel and breach of peace.

Brittany L. Dunsar, 30, of 14 Alexander St., Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged Dec. 18 in Lisbon with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Williams Connors, 50, of 32 Walden Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with first-degree larceny-motor vehicle theft.
