    Anthony Martinez, 37, of 425 Bridge St., Apt. 225, was charged Feb. 22 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Bernabe P. David, 42, of 250 Pelican Drive was charged Feb. 22 with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, six counts of risk of injury to a minor and two counts of third-degree assault.

    Oscar Valentin, 19, of 16 Joliet Court was charged Feb. 22 with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening.

    Avery Gugliotti, 19, of East Haddam, was charged Feb. 22 with evading responsibility.

    Andrew Hutton, 42, of 31 Chase Oaks Court, Apt. 30, was charged Feb. 24 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Nakisha Pagan, 35, of Jewett City, was charged Feb. 24 with driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Isabel Bright, 52, of 210 Mitchell St., Apt. 2, was charged Feb. 23 with fifth--degree larceny.

    Jose Gomes, 32, of Coventry, R.I., was charged Feb. 23 with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Geneva Mensinger, 26, of Warwick, R.I., was charged Feb. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to yield the right of way.

    Jeffrey Zimmerman, 53, of 91 Buddington Road, Apt. 49, was charged Feb. 22 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Gracelyn Sewell, 39, of 43 Bank St., Apt. 16, New London, was charged Feb. 25 with driving without insurance and driving with a suspended license.

    Lucian Petrillo, 56, of 69 Vinegar Hill Road, Ledyard, was charged Feb. 25 with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

    Jessica Hilbert, 44, of 22 H St., was charged Feb. 25 with use of drug paraphernalia.

    Jessica Goody, 41, of 262 Route 163, Uncasville, was charged Feb. 25 with traveling unreasonably fast and failure to insure a motor vehicle.

    Jonathan Bischoff, 35, of 40 Center St., New London, was charged Feb. 25 with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Richard Shasha, 60, of 2590 Gold Star Highway was charged Feb. 24 with driving with a suspended license and failure to display lights.

    Nyashia Torruella, 22, of 855 Noank Ledyard Road was charged Tuesday with impersonating a police officer.

    Julie Batts, 46, of 500 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal trespass, fifth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation and interfering with a police officer.

    William Noonan, 35, of 38 W. Main St., Apt. 4, Mystic, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license.

    Alexis P. Rivard, 29, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Joshua Callumna, 42, of 5 Coit St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Robert R. Wylie, 54, of 8½C Town St. was charged Wednesday with two counts of failure to register as a non-violent sex offender.

    Joshua Dozier, 21, of 32 Palmer St. was charged Thursday with having a defective headlight and driving with a suspended license.

    Josue E. Horta Rodriguez, 33, of 59 Merchants Ave. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of plates.

    Robert Gentile, 62, of Rocky Hill was charged Monday in Lisbon with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

    John A. Marshall, 58, of 19 Slater Ave., Apt. A, Griswold, was charged Feb. 19 in Griswold with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Ashley D. Merritt, 37, of Manchester, was charged Feb. 24 in Montville with failure to carry a license, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
