Trevor L. Damico, 21, of 300 Bloomingdale Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to obey a stop sign.

Kyle O. Hughes, 37, of 11 Pilgrim Drive, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Jennifer R. Rivera-Medina, 30, of 69 Mather Ave., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Kerry Barnum, 43, of 224 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Tuesday with operating a drug factory, criminal possession of a firearm, ammunition or electronic defense weapon, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of sale of certain illegal drugs.

Vincent R. Harrison, 46, of 224 Vauxhall St., New London, was charged Tuesday with criminal possession of a firearm, ammunition or electronic defense weapon.

Wadlet Jean-Baptiste, 26, of 242 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Dustin W. Charland, 21, of 80 Maple Ave., No. 2, New London, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving without minimum insurance, evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Shayne R. Mcneil, 31, of Lisbon, was charged Wednesday in Norwich with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation/suffocation and third-degree sexual assault.

Stewart S. Manosh, 54, of 269 Taylor Hill Road, Griswold, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree assault.
