    Groton City

    Karissa Morrissey, 31, of 22 Broad St., No. 2, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.

    Jason Merfeld, 45, of 3 Hale Haven Court, Montville, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving without minimum insurance and failure to have tail lamps.

    Menderez Ali, 41, of 41 North St. was charged Tuesday with illegal use of credit card, third-degree larceny, and second-degree identity theft.

    Daniel Januszewski, 42, of 544 Shennecossett Road, Apt. B, was charged April 13 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jeffrey S. Williams, 53, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with violation of probation, failure to use a turn signal, possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Groton Town

    Xavier J. Goode-Sutton, 33, of 172 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with reckless driving and first-degree reckless endangerment.

    Stancovitch Fabre, 20, of 19 Sandy Lane, Norwich, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    James Ford, 50, of 877 Bank St., No. 2, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Patricia Desjardins, 40, of Bristol, was charged Sunday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, second-degree failure to appear in court, and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jade L. Langlois, 27, of 35 Laurel Drive, New London, was charged Sunday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jamie D. Douton, 32, of 401 W. Thames St., No. 1, Norwich, was charged Sunday with use of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell/dispense a narcotic, and possession of a controlled substance.

    Suphasin Inthasit, 21, of 120 Gallup Hill Road, Apt. 5D, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with disobeying the signal of an officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Malik J. Waters, 29, of 66 Franklin St., Norwich, was charged April 13 with driving with a suspended license and making an improper turn or stop.

    Andrew R. Petherick, 25, of 75 Russ Sims Heights was charged April 12 with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Samuel L. Castillo, 25, of 29 Wall St., No. 1, New London, was charged April 11 with illegally taking a payment card and fifth-degree larceny.

    Rafael H. Drake, 28, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged April 11 with second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

    Rolando Guox, 26, of 101 Norwich Ave., Norwich, was charged April 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without a license.
