Jacob R. Poirier, 23, of 53 South Road, Apt. 5B, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Alexander P. Duplessis, 36, of 7 Reyquinn St., New London, was charged Tuesday with first-degree burglary and two counts of violation of a protective order.

Jose P. Martinez-Pineda, 24, of 7 Waco Court was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brian D. Bowie, 45, of 173 Route 12, No. 128, was charged Monday with evading responsibility and following too closely.

David A. Durcan, 54, of 6 Model Park Road, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Ralph Estrella, 52, of 42 Godfrey St., was charged Sunday with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Atianna S. Arder, 28, of 89 Baker Ave., was charged Saturday with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Nicholas Hathcock, 27, of 152 Lestertown Road, was charged April 19 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Angel F. Cruz-Ortiz, 19, of 11 Oakland Court, was charged April 18 with driving by a person under 21 with a blood alcohol content of .02% or greater, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without a license.

Thomas Coleston, 39, of New York, N.Y., was charged April 18 with interfering with a police officer.
