State police ― Montville

Kelly J. Croteau, 34, of 398 Green Hollow Road, Plainfield, was charged Friday in Griswold with second-degree larceny.

Tiffany Wells, 39, of 59 Norwich Ave., Unit 505a, Norwich, was charged Thursday in Lisbon with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled substance and interfering with police.
