Marcus Hurdle, 49, of West Haven was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Eliesha Johnson, 26, of 300 Brandegee Ave., A116, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
State police — Colchester
Orie Plasse, 27, of 13 Gungy Road, Salem, was charged Sept. 5 in Salem with second-degree larceny, second-degree damage to motor vehicle and credit card theft.
Rommel Chavez, 40, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Sept. 9 in Colchester with driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
