George C. Chipman III, 37, of 404 Bridge St. Apt. 300, was charged Saturday with third-degree strangulation, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree criminal mischief.

Briana Boragine, 32, of Charlestown, R.I., was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Erik J. Scudder, 36, of 34 Flint St. was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

Scott A. Panganiban, 18, of 180 F St., was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Tracey L. Moore, 46, of New Haven, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

Javier Soto-Jimenez, 27, of 27 Tilley St. was charged Sunday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Edward Davenport, 56, of 53 Hillside Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Curtis Moore, 40, of 15 Archer St. was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

John C. Dimpsey, 39, of 12 Clark St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit.

Shana M. O'Connor, 26, of 37B Buckingham, St., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of a controlled sunstance and failure to drive right.

Elijah MacLeod, 19, of 102 Lews Road, Preston, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

Neal S. Lyon, 39, of Putnam, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Heather J. Gaccione, 40, of 399 North Anguilla Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Scott A. McRobbie, 54, of 34 Ashaway Road, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Kyle M. Bergel, 22, of 52 Stony Brook Road, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Justin Fortier, 23, of Mesa, Arizona, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
