    East Lyme

    Jennifer Jamal Khudari, 30, Tewksbury, Mass., was charged Thursday with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, illegal storage of prescription outside of container, possession with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute within 1,500 feet of a school.

    State police — Montville

    Matthew Ryan Thoman, 25, of 32 Tra Mart Drive, Uncasville, was charged Saturday in Montville with breach of peace.

    Keith A. Barr, 43, of Voluntown was charged Friday in Voluntown with failure to comply with fingerprint requirements, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on an elderly, blind, disabled or pregnant person or a person with an intellectual disability.

    Jonathan L. Chatelle, 38, of Willimantic was charged on a warrant Wednesday in Montville with second-degree criminal trespassing.

    New London

    Hashim Barnhill, 18, of 12 Hickory Drive, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny.

    Christian Lozada, 18, 59 Dart St. was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny. 

    Talal Holder, 35, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with possession of narcotics.

    Melissa Spero, 40, was charged Friday with assault on a health-care professional and breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Joey A. Lewis, 37, of 24 Elmwood Ave. was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

    Kimberly Brown, 37, of 120 Cliff St. was charged Friday with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    Scott Brown, 36, of no certain address was charged Friday with third-degree assault, interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace.
