    Groton City

    William J. Sauer, Jr., 53, of 13 Plymouth Court was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Groton Town

    Ricardo N. Roseborough, 29, of 855 Long Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a headlamp and failure to obey a traffic signal.

    Jose L. Morales, 33, of 820 Gungywamp Road was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of a restraining order, improper use of a marker, failure to have minimum insurance and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Rosa Esteban, 46, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny.

    Luis G. Rosario, 41, of 230 Ledyard St., New London, was charged Wednesday with fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, weapons in vehicles and use of drug paraphernalia.

    Rolando Gonzalez-Roman, 25, of 115 Paul Revere Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment.

    Katherine E. Tedeschi, 30, whose last known address was 7 Reyquinn St., was charged Monday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Welton Bryant, 54, of 147 Shaw St., No. 2, was charged Monday with first-degree stalking and disorderly conduct.

    Joseph L. Howard, 51, of 27 Cole St., No. 2, was charged Tuesday with evading responsibility.

    State police - Montville

    Christopher M. Glenn, 25, of 47 Gifford St., Norwich, was charged in Montville Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.  

    Stonington

    Carlos E. Solis, 37, of 49 Central Ave., Apt. 1, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and driving with a suspended license.
