Zuhiera Perez-Ramos, 39, of 108 Ocean Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with registration plate violation and driving with a suspended license.

Erik Ingelsby, 53, of 135B Route 12, Preston, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and possession of a controlled substance.
