    Groton City

    Ebony Elliot, 29, of 4 Mather Ave., was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Leo M. Thomas, 50, of 734 Broad St. Ext., Waterford, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Justin Zinewicz, 25, of 52 Monument St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and speeding.

    Christian Shmid, 29, of 55 Route 27, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Jared A. Barber, 27, of 286 Niantic River Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and making an illegal u-turn.

    Stonington

    Brannon J. Butten, 22, of 8 Golden Road, Mystic, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Christopher M. Lusk, 39, of 5 Cottonwood Lane, Uncasville, was charged Thursday driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, driving without minimum insurance, evading responsibility and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

    Maria Y. Torruella, 38, of 75 M0echanic St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

    Christoper M. Crocker, 25, of 24 Harvard Lane, Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, improper use of markers, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to signal a turn.

    Eugene R. Young, 47, of 646 Lantern Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and failure to drive right.

    William C. Bridgman, 30, of 46 Liberty St., Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to renew driver's license.

    Jason R. Lamb, 28, of 38 Evergreen Road, New London, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, two counts of child endangerment while driving under the influence, failure to drive right and driving with a suspended license.
