    Groton City

    Angelo O. Lenoudias, 50, of 199 Poquonnock Road was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Groton Town

    Michael T. Louton, 50, of 14 Bradley St., Stonington, was charged Wednesday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jennifer L. Woodstock, 24, of 41 Katie Lane, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

    Melissa L. Mishler, 30, of Middletown, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Victor J. Cappas, 22, of Springfield, Mass., was charged Monday with evading responsibility.

    Thomas G. Levandowski Jr., 27, of 160 D St. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Alexandria Watkins, 26, of 549 Colonel Ledyard Highway, Unit A, Ledyard, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Caitlin S. Purcell, 33, of 11 Hynes Ave. Apt. A, was charged Sunday with engaging police in a pursuit, reckless driving, interfering with a police officer and assault on public safety or emergency medical personnel.

    Ryan Benoit, 42, of 34 Irvingdale Place, East Lyme, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree larceny, making or offering home improvements without certification, impersonating a home improvement contractor, disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Jerrod Steele, 29, of 50 Palmer St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility.

    State Police — Montville

    Ryan Christianson, 40, of 127 Preston Allen Road, Lisbon, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor, threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Simone Roderick, 21, of 27 Soule St., Jewett City, was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

    Stonington

    Tara M. Lambrechts, 32, of 5 Sleepy Hollow Court, Westerly, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor and delivery or sale of liquor to a minor.

    Keven Clark, 37, of 636 Taugwonk Road, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation.

    Daniel D. Davis III, 27, of 174 Clark St., Westerly, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of markers and driving without minimum insurance.
