Norwich

Michael Hutchins, 29, of 264 Washington St., #2, was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

James Hubbert, 43, of 27 Porach Road, Uncasville was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

Lindsey Brown, 26, of 124 Washington St. #3 was charged Sunday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and one count each of third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear in court.

State police — Montville

Richard A. Gladue, 31, of 9 Claremont Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday in Griswold with criminal violation of a restraining order.
