    Shane Jicha, 45, of 172 Washington St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Jubilee Garay, 23, of 219 Broadway, Unit 1, was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

    Victriana Delacruz, 64, of 23 Manwaring Road was charged Thursday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    David Semmelrock, 64, of 8 Sodom Road, Franklin, was charged Friday with second-degree stalking, second-degree harassment and disorderly conduct.

    Andrew Senuta, 30, of 18 West Town St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with failure to appear in court.

    Senaca Baker, 39, of 116 Viets St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
