Karen Kilby, 53, of 23 Linda Ave., Waterford, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

Waterford

Derik Morales-Romero, 29, of 168 Branford Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Victoria Barber, 19, of 107 Hillcrest Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and use of a cellphone while driving.
