    East Lyme

    William C. Mickle II, 64, of 58 Jericho Drive, Old Lyme, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Corey M. Randolph Jr., 22, of 375 Liberty St., Apt. 12, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling too fast for conditions.

    Ledyard

    Vidal Novoa, 49, of 7 Buttercup Lane, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to drive right and driving without minimum insurance.

    Norwich

    Michael Lopes, 34, of 44 Boswell Ave., No. 2, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Peter Niles, 27, of 13 Carlson St. was charged Saturday with violation of probation.

    Erin Faille, 33, of 42 Otrobando Ave. was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Charles K. Clarke, 39, of 88 Fifth St. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right and evading responsibility.

    Daniela Ortiz, 25, of 282 Central Ave., No. 5, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and driving without a license.

    Jerald M. Johns, 38, of 87 Cliff St. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.

    Stonington

    Donald K. Arruda, 29, of 322 Lantern Hill Road was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and driving while using a hand held cellphone.

    Waterford

    Jeffrey Grant, 32, of Colchester, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates and insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements.
