Hilton J. Gandulla, 29, of 5 Coit St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, driving without a license and driving on a sidewalk.

Jason Rios, 38, of 55 Eastern Ave., Apt. 3, was charged Friday with two counts of possession of narcotics, two counts of possession with the intent to sell and interfering with an officer.

Devon Green, 22, of 101 Vauxhall St. was charged Friday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics with the intent to sell.

Jason Westcott, 57, of 14 Round Rock Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with three counts of disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Mougue Duarte, 30, of 25 Second St., Norwich, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Ciara Cormier, 26, of 24 Riverside Drive, Baltic, was charged Friday with interfering with an officer and making a false statement.

William Vanhoesen, 29, of 252 Old Canterbury Turnpike, Norwich, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and interfering with/resisting an officer.

Amy Czlapinski, 27, of 128 Squire St., New London, was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving the wrong way on a divided highway.
