    Groton City

    Norris Tillery, 47, of 31 Grand St., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Groton Town

    Luke Sarsfield, 21, of 246 Ohio Ave. was charged Thursday with risk of injury to a child and third-degree assault.

    Ledyard

    Joseph Ververis, 24, of 161 Bishop Road, Bozrah, was charged Friday with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Norwich

    Kyle Smith, 31, of 575 New London Turnpike was charged Thursday with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count each of disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Lorixon Oinescu, 33, of Fort Myers, Fla., was charged Wednesday with leaving a child in a motor vehicle and breach of peace.

    Maria Grigore, 20, of Fort Myers, Fla., was charged Wednesday with leaving a child in a motor vehicle and breach of peace.

    Duxlin Delorge, 24, of 215 Old Canterbury Turnpike was charged Thursday with theft of a credit card, illegal use of a credit card and fourth-degree larceny.

    Gabriel Mercada-Santos, 23, of 29 Merchants Ave., Apt. 5, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Joseph Tonelli, 35, of 837 Bank St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Thursday in Waterford with carrying a dangerous weapon, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Antonio Ehlers-Qualich, 21, of 875 Old Colchester Road, Apt. 4, Oakdale, was charged May 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive on the right.

    Joseph Tonelli, 35, of 837 Bank St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

    Joann Craddoc, 67, of 38 Seabreeze Drive, Waterford, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.

    Charles Cordero, 19, of 152 Elm St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, disobeying the signal of an officer, reckless driving, criminal violation of a restraining order, misuse of plates, insurance coverage failing to meet minimum requirements, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates.
