New London

William J. Cintia, 36, of 204 Raymond Hill Road, Oakdale, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Derek Myers, 38, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Thursday with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, three counts second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts failure to respond to an infraction.

Tirell Michael Bonner, 39, of 42 Jay St. was charged Friday with breach of peace, assault and threatening.

Alana M. Thompson, 33, of 55 Blackhall St., 1st floor, was charged Friday with possession of narcotics.

Andre Gilbert, 47, of no certain address was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and sale of narcotics.

Kathianna Celestin, 26, of 30 School St. was charged Friday with criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Martene Pabon, 36, of 18 Hope St., 1st floor, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hallucinogen, interfering with a police officer and assault on a police officer.

Andrea Rolow, 18, of 51 Spithead Road was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a control signal.

Ethan Johnson, 25, of 11 Linden St. was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jason Kohl, 20, of 18 Oswegatchie Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Giddel Falcon, 39, of 41 Roger St. was charged Friday with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

State police - Montville

Elizabeth A. Greene, 31, of 47 Park Ave. Ext., Uncasville, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Waterford

Lori Milardo, 37, of 2 Friar Tuck Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Alicia Sapere, 33, of 14 River Road, Old Lyme, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Gregory Runge, 52, of 28 Pine St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs and travelling unreasonably fast.
