Single car crash closes I-395 exit ramp in Norwich

Norwich — A single-car crash closed one lane and Exit 13B of Interstate 395 north Tuesday morning, Yantic firefighters said.

Firefighters said no one was injured in the 7:35 a.m. crash, which the state Department of Transportation said was cleared by 8:20 a.m.
